Stimm Pods 2025

Stimm aims to stimulate communities of support for neuroinclusion.

Stimm supports three stimm pods as circles of support

  1. Parents of neurodiverse young adults
  2. Young adults and neurodiversity
  3. Women and neurodiversity

Stimm will provide the platform and container to connect communities of support around neurodiversity in the workplace. Each connect session will share information, provide skills and tools and an opportunity to connect.

1. Parents of Young Neurodiverse Adults

We aim to provide some insight and tools also to offer a space for support, to connect  share and learn from eachothers’ lived experience of this journey.

Connect

For this session we are thrilled and grateful to have Gina Gush joining us. Gina is well known to us as an experienced OT and self-identified autistic individual, and mother of two neurodivergent children and the wife of a husband who is late diagnosed with ADHD. Gina draws on her personal and professional experiences over 20 years, many in the UK, to support neurodivergent families. Gina founded Tribe Around the Table supporting families to thrive through connection, empowerment and education.
In this Stimm Connect session Gina is offering a practical framework to make sense of what sits beneath that which we see on them outside of our young people and how this impacts avoiding or moving forward from burnout.

2. Young Adults and Neurodiversity

We aim to provide practical insights around the needs of neurodiverse young adults entering and in the workplace.  This 2 hour workshop will examine those factors that limit and enable us to thrive in the workplace, understanding our own individual needs, and provides Hints & Tips to advocate for these. Mostly this provides you a space to connect with those with similar experiences, and challenges. We will connect online in a safe space.

launching in June

3. Women and Neurodiversity

There is a trend of increasing diagnosis of women as neurodivergent, and of masking, and burnout and acknowledging the effects of menopause and other co-occuring health factors on neurodiversity experiences of women.  Women can find support amongst those with similar experiences. Each session provides information, insights skills and tools and mostly offer a place to connect, support and learn from one another.
