who we are
stimulate curiosity, change, communities
Stimm has been founded to stimulate neuroinclusion communities and culture at workplaces for young neurodivergent adults. We aim to stimulate curiosity, stimulate change, stimulate communities, playing on the word of stimming, which is often a shared experience with neurodivergence. The co-founders, Dr Sarah Babb and Ann Lamont have particular lived experience and expertise with young adult development and change. They aim to empower young adults in work transitions, empower workplaces to be neuroinclusive, and empower ecosystems of support including the parents and managers of these young adults.
